Hello everyone, my name is Nayan Ghimire and today I’m going to write a review on the Book ‘Sathi’ Written by Julu and illustrated by Jenny Campbell. Julu is working for animal welfare. This book is about a street dog in Nepal, who got seriously injured and end up going to one of the animal welfare organizations in Kathmandu. There, She is treated of her wounds and The dog was adoped by a family.
This is based on a true story of a street dog, now named max, who now lives in Canada. I like this Book because it shows the Importance of all street dogs all around the world. It shows that any dog can be loyal.
Because I too am a person who likes dogs a lot, I really liked this book. I also have a labrador in my house. His name is shadow. He is my best friend.
The 1st edition of this book was published in 2021, Published by Bajra Books, Kathmandu.
